You get to go to the most amazing places and you don’t have to pay for it!
After a week in the surprising city of Prague I am still in a state of euphoric amazement – this city swept me off my feet!
Not to mention the fact that I listened to some extraordinary talks on mammalian genetics, given by some extraordinary people.
And I shouldn’t forget about the great food which spoiled my taste buds and awakened my love for Czech pastries.
If you put all this together it makes a delightful week spoiled only by the 7hr flight over the Atlantic and the subsequent headache and the need to snooze all day long. A small price to pay!
As I was saying, Prague was charming – gothic to the point of being almost frightening.
