Books and a movie

My Amazon order arrived today. It only took 2 days from when I placed the order. I’m amazed.

I’ve ordered among others, “Fahrenheit 451”, “1984” and “A brave new world”. (See a pattern there?) I’ve read the last two but I liked them so much I think I’ll refresh my memory.
And I can’t wait to read “Essays in love” by Alain de Botton.
D&I went to see “Brothers” tonight. Oh boy! And I thought that Toby Mcguire could only do superhero movies… He sinks his teeth into his part and bites into his character like a rabid dog. Loved it immensely.
I believe I have read Fahrenheit 451 & 1984, but I can’t for the life of me remember what they’re about.
Amazon has always been quick for me so I love ordering from there.

What a great selection! I read all of them in high school / college. Might be time for a re-read, now that you mention it!

Also, like Mandi, those are all books I read in school. Doesn’t stop Farenheit form being one of my favourite books. I read it probably at least once a year since I read it first in 2003!
