Back

Friends!

I’m back from our lovely holiday in the South of France. We’ve had such a wonderful time, we saw such great sights, we visited remote villages and castles perched on hill tops, we jumped for joy in blooming lavender fields and ate ripe tomatoes and crunchy baguettes.

It all ended too quickly… Which is why I really, really want to go there again next year. It depends on what D wants, but as far as I’m concerned, as the French say, je suis prenante.

I’m going to visit my parents in law right now, but I’ll leave you with a photo of a lavender field and an olive tree orchard. In sunny Valensole.

Welcome back. And like FB said, LOL, yeah, you missed the earthquake. My wife had called me and said, “I think our building just shook due to an earthquake.” And of course, I was like, “Are you sure it wasn’t a plane taking off?” Um, no, a real damn earthquake!
