The stories told on this website are 100% non-fiction. Any resemblance with real characters is not coincidental at all.
The stories are snippets of my day-to-day life, of things that impressed me, things that I want to remember and that I want to share with the world. And if I manage to bring a smile on my reader’s face, well, that’s just the icing on the cake.
On September 20th I got married to a wonderful guy in the beautiful city of Lyon, France. You can see some of the pictures from our beautiful wedding here.
You’ll notice that The Tell-Tale Blog is sprinkled with photos. Photography is a newly discovered passion that sensitizes me to the all beauty around. The camera lens helps me discover the significant details that the naked eye would not have perceived.
In fact, my husband and I have launched our photo/video website You, Me and a Photograph.
I am somewhat of a wanderer in nature – I’ve spent the first 18 years of my life in Romania then I went to Lyon (France) for university. After 4 Lyonnais years I went to the UK for six months and then to Sherbrooke (Canada) before getting my Bachelor degree. Right now I am a spy for the US Government and I work undercover as a PhD student in Montreal. Don’t blow my cover!
I am in a never-ending quest for footwear, hence the “Chic Sundays” category of the blog. This includes posts on style, fashion and design.
